big321 Terms and Conditions of Use

1 Definitions and Scope

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings assigned unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the big321 website, mobile application and all digital services provided under the domain big321.one.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account on the Platform.
• "Company" refers to big321 and all subsidiary or related entities that operate the Platform.
• "Services" covers all online gambling activities available on the Platform, including online slots, live casino, sportsbook, poker and other games.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by a Member for the purpose of wagering.

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the Company and each Member in connection with the use of the Platform. This document is to be read together with the big321 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

2 Eligibility and Registration

Use of the big321 Platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not subject to any local legal prohibition that prevents participation in online gambling activities.
• Registering only one (1) personal account. Multiple registrations under the same name or using another person's information are prohibited.
• Providing accurate, complete and current personal information during registration.
• Not previously banned or barred from using the Platform by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of the national identity card (MyKad) or a valid travel document. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in the account being suspended or closed.

3 Member Account

Each Member is fully responsible for all activity that takes place under their account. This responsibility includes:

• Keeping the password confidential and not sharing login details with any other party.
• Ensuring no third party gains unauthorised access to the account.
• Notifying the Company promptly if any unauthorised access or account information breach is suspected.
• Updating personal information when changes occur, particularly the mobile number and email used for verification.

big321 is not responsible for any losses suffered as a result of a Member's negligence in protecting their account information. The Company will never ask for a Member's password through any channel, including live chat, email or phone.

Accounts that have been inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an administration fee or automatic closure, subject to notice being given to the Member via their registered email.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

big321 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian members:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow (real-time transfer)
• Online banking via FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB and other supported banks)
• Boost eWallet
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30 regardless of the payment method chosen. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request. Withdrawals are processed within one hour from the time the request is received and approved.

All withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit unless otherwise stated. The Company reserves the right to require identity verification before approving any withdrawal for security purposes.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

General conditions that apply to all big321 bonuses and promotions:

• A welcome bonus of 200% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000 is available to eligible new members.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM200, resulting in a balance of RM300 with a wagering requirement of RM200 × 20 = RM4,000.
• Another example: a deposit of RM1,200 gives a bonus of RM1,000, resulting in a balance of RM2,200 with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 20 = RM20,000.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash directly — they must first be played through in accordance with the wagering requirements.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Members suspected of abusing promotions through betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent may be subject to action by the Company.

The big321 VIP programme offers three membership tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — each with different weekly cashback benefits. Bronze members receive cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.5% and Gold up to 0.8% each week. Progression between tiers depends on a Member's gaming activity over time.

6 Game Rules

Each game on the big321 Platform is operated according to the rules set by the respective software provider. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet.

• Game results are final. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted to Customer Support within 72 hours of the incident.
• Bets placed and accepted by the system are considered valid. big321 is not responsible for any errors caused by internet connection failures on the Member's end.
• In the event of a technical disruption affecting an ongoing game, the Company will review the game logs and provide a fair resolution to the affected Members.
• Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers. Specific rules for live games are subject to the respective provider's terms.

7 Responsible Gambling

big321 recognises that gambling can cause problems for some individuals. We are committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment.

• Members under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from using this Platform.
• Members may contact Customer Support 24/7 to request deposit limits, daily or weekly betting limits.
• A self-exclusion option is available for Members who feel they need a break from gambling. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe.
• big321 encourages all Members to set an appropriate gaming budget and never bet with money they cannot afford to lose.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Fraud, including the use of credit card or bank account information that does not belong to you.
• Collusion between Members to manipulate game results, particularly in poker games.
• Bonus abuse through multiple accounts or by using another person's identity.
• Any attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the operation of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Threatening, insulting, or behaving rudely towards Customer Support staff.

9 Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Any remaining real money balance will be returned subject to the following conditions:

• There are no outstanding bets at the time the closure request is submitted.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met, or the Member agrees to forfeit the bonus balance.
• Identity verification has been successfully completed.

The Company also reserves the right to close or suspend a Member's account for the following reasons: breach of these terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to comply with identity verification requests, or an account that has been inactive for an extended period.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, big321 will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred from use of the Platform, including losses from betting.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond the Company's control, including third-party infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or government actions.
• Data loss or damages arising from equipment or software failure on the Member's end.
• Unauthorised access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

This provision does not affect any legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

11 Privacy Policy

The collection, processing, and storage of Members' personal data is governed by the big321 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an account, Members consent to the processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

big321 uses up-to-date encryption technology to protect Members' personal data and financial information. We will not sell or share Members' personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law or a regulatory authority.

12 Amendment of Terms

big321 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon being published on the Platform.

Members will be notified of significant amendments via their registered email or an in-account notification. Continued use of the Platform after such amendments take effect will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

13 Applicable Law

The big321 Platform operates under international licensing. These terms and conditions are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform will first be addressed through direct negotiation between the Member and the Company. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to an alternative dispute resolution body recognised by the licensing authority.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be considered severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
